the health, well-being and safety of our guests, staff and community means everything. to offer greater peace of mind, here are the steps we are taking to ensure a safe experience for all who enter our doors.

Anyone indoors must be wearing a mask or mouth & nose covering, as mandated by Miami and Ontario by-laws. For seated guests ready to enjoy their meal, of course, this exception is excused.

We will be seating every other seat so as to ensure a full 6-feet distance between seated tables. Our capacity will be limited to 50% as mandated by Miami and Ontario by-laws.

All menus will be single-use.

We will be using floor directional markings to help indicate 6-feet distance.

All washrooms will be cleaned after every use by a PLANTA staff member.

Every touchpoint from door handles to payment terminals will be wiped down after any single-use.

If there happens to be a wait at the host concierge, we will kindly ask that you ensure 6-feet between persons.

Our staff have strict and extensive safety guidelines that include temperature checks, uniforms being put on at work, wearing gloves, and protective face coverings, amongst others. If you'd like to learn more, please connect with us.
